Those are just a few words to describe the new tasty menu that is rolling out at James Harden‘s fine-dining restaurant, Thirteen Houston.
The Midtown eatery just underwent an intense top-to-bottom makeover and gave media an exclusive preview before reopening to the public.
d-mars.com was able to get a firsthand experience of the elegant transformation while trying new handcrafted cocktails and unique dishes from the new exquisite menu from Chef Sidd, who has decades of international experience. Sidd has infused different culinary influences from several parts of the world into the new lineup of dishes.
