If so, you can go ahead and begin preparing now for next year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
The countdown has already begun and RodeoHouston officials are pleased to announce that the 2025 HLSR will be held Tuesday, March 4 – Sunday, March 23.
This year, RodeoHouston welcomed more than 2.5 million guests over the 23-day event. This year’s event included 10 first-time entertainers, seven record-breaking auctions, two record-breaking paid stadium attendance records, the highest overall attendance record since 2017 and the inaugural RODEOHOUSTON® Hall of Fame.
More than 250 teams competed in RodeoHouston‘s annual World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest this year as WCBBQ celebrated 50 years.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo promotes agriculture by hosting an annual, family-friendly experience that educates and entertains the public, supports Texas youth, showcases Western heritage, and provides year-round educational support within the community. Since its beginning in 1932, the rodeo has committed more than $600 million to the youth of Texas and education.
