HOUSTON — It’s time to get real about the upcoming election, Houston.
The Houston Lawyers Association and its coalition partners are hosting an Advocacy Town Hall at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law (3100 Cleburne St., Houston, Texas, 77004) on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, at 6 p.m. to address critical voting issues affecting the Greater Houston area.
This event will focus on key policy matters, provide insights on their local impact, and highlight ways for the public to become more engaged in upcoming local elections.
The Houston Lawyers Association aims to foster meaningful dialogue and encourage civic participation to address the challenges facing the community.

- Amanda Hollowell, Managing Director of National Organizing at When We All Vote

In addition to the panel discussion, attendees will have the chance to ask participate in a Q&A session.
