Houston– the fall season brings about homecomings. Don’t miss THE Homecoming Kickoff for “Grown Folks” on Thursday evening, October 3, at 7:30 p.m. at the Arena Theatre on Southwest Freeway.
It’s the homecoming of native Houston violinist Chelsey Green and The Green Project. Also, getting their introduction to Houston in the early 80s via Grover Washington, Jr. and KTSU-FM DJ Yami Johnson, Pieces of a Dream returns to Houston to headline this concert kicking off the weekend, which is also Texas Southern University’s homecoming weekend.
