Recipients for the 2nd Annual Celebrating Women Who Move the Region Award are the honorable Martha Castex Tatum, mayor pro-tem and city councilmember, District K; Eliza Paul, HNTB project director and former TxDOT district engineer; and Raquelle Lewis, TxDOT Southeast Texas communication director.
