HOUSTON — Midtown Houston invites Houstonians and visitors to meet at Midtown Park (2811 Travis St.) for National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This annual event is dedicated to fostering connections between neighbors and local law enforcement, creating a safer and more united community through a fun, family-oriented evening.
This year, Midtown Houston’s National Night Out will feature activities for all ages, including:
Houston Fire Department Visit: Children can explore a fire truck up close.
Complimentary Food: Enjoy meals from James Coney Island, mini bundt cakes from The Baker’s Man, and gelato mini cups from Constantine, available while supplies last.
Interactive Games: Giant Jenga and Connect 4 will be available for all to enjoy.
Free Face Painting: Fun designs for children and adults.
360° Photo Booth: Capture special moments with friends and family.
Local Sports Teams: Engage with local teams through activities and giveaways.
Community partners, including the Salvation Army, Houston Police Department, Houston Fire Department, METRO, and various homeowners associations, will offer valuable resources and safety information. This free event is designed to unite
residents, families, and local organizations in a celebration of their neighbors and community safety.
