1. Creamy Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients: 
– 1 large butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed) 
– 1 onion, chopped 
– 2 garlic cloves, minced 
– 4 cups vegetable broth 
– 1 cup heavy cream 
– 1 tsp cinnamon 
– Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft. 
2. Add squash, broth, and cinnamon; simmer until squash is tender (about 20 minutes). 
3. Blend until smooth, then stir in cream. 
4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm. 


Chicken Noodle Soup

2. Classic Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
– 1 lb chicken breast 
– 6 cups chicken broth 
– 2 carrots, sliced 
– 2 celery stalks, chopped 
– 1 onion, chopped 
– 1 cup egg noodles 
– Salt, pepper, and thyme to taste 

Instructions:
1. Boil chicken in broth until cooked; shred and set aside. 
2. In the same pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery. 
3. Add noodles and shredded chicken; cook until noodles are tender. 
4. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

3. French Onion Soup
Ingredients:
– 4 large onions, thinly sliced 
– 4 cups beef broth 
– 2 tbsp butter 
– 1/2 cup white wine (optional) 
– 1 baguette, sliced and toasted 
– 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese 

Instructions:
1. In a pot, caramelize onions in butter (low heat, 30 minutes). 
2. Deglaze with wine, then add broth; simmer for 20 minutes. 
3. Serve in bowls with toasted baguette slices and melted Gruyère on top. 


Savory Homemade Baked Potato Soup with Bacon and Cheese

4. Loaded Baked Potato Soup 
Ingredients: 
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced 

– 1 onion, chopped 

– 2 cups chicken broth 

– 2 cups milk 

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

– 1/2 cup sour cream 

– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 

– 2 green onions, sliced 

– Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions: 

1. Cook potatoes and onion in broth until tender. 

2. Blend half the mixture, then return it to the pot. 

3. Stir in milk, cheese, and sour cream. Heat until cheese melts.

Ingredients: 
– 1 cup dry lentils 
– 4 cups vegetable broth 
– 2 carrots, diced 
– 2 celery stalks, diced

– 1 can diced tomatoes 
– 1 tsp cumin 

Instructions:
1. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery. 
2. Add lentils, tomatoes, and broth; simmer for 30 minutes.

6. Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Ingredients:
– 2 heads broccoli, chopped 
– 4 cups chicken broth 
– 1 cup heavy cream
